So she says that “we’re “safe from deportation” but then the I.C.E. Director says “DACA program is not a protected immigration status and recipients can be deported”.

She fully knows and understands that we are game and subject to deportation at any given time. It’s time for a permanent fix.

DACA remains in place under TRUMP Admin and Congress is increasingly pressured to find a permanent fix! Ending new DACA apps was needed to pressure this Congress!Graham said himself that Congress “works ONLY UNDER PRESSURE” Record number of renewals accepted under Trump!

GO DREAMERS!

That’s like saying Sessions is under Trump so Sessions will do as Trump says.... Not!!

Everyone in this administration has their own agenda, if you believe that we are somehow protected against deportation just because we have DACA than you are sadly mistaken. This administration is trying to find any reason to undermine DACA.

What’s this? Trumps fire people who have their own agenda?

As much I hate trump and everyone who supports him I understand how a structure organization works and who has the final order. In this case, DHS is above ICE and if ice did stuff outside of their scope ( in this case go against DHS) we can expect a shitload of lawsuits if DACA holders were to be deported for no reason

You’re a bit too late to the party, ICE has been arresting Dreamers even without a criminal background and DHS is slowly but surely making the criteria tougher for Dreamers to renew or apply for DACA for the first time. Some who have been on DACA for years are getting REFs for unreasonable things when renewing. This is the same administration who will ban entry base on your social media reactions. This is also the same lady who couldn’t “recall” when Trump called other countries a shit-hole.

Believing DHS that we are untouchable is like believing Trump when he says Mexico will pay for the wall. Get it together! Her comment is all for damage control and nothing else. It amazes me how people still fall for this administration’s mind games!

This is just one case..

https://www.nilc.org/2017/07/14/new-...inst-his-will/

But their are so many other cases you can find online where Dreamers are being targeted unfairly. I don’t care a word what this lady says, we all know is pure political talk! We need action.
