I went to India both times through JFK. I'm considering a third trip to India or a trip to Kenya this year. I believe AP will be allowed in 90 days. There's some things going on with the courts. They want DHS to provide an explanation as to why DACA was terminated. We have to sit tight and wait for confirmation.

Since you’ve done this before, how did you get approved? It seems difficult to prove that it’s for humanitarian, education, or work purposes.

It's being targeted at multiple levels, too. USCIS is supposedly wanting to get rid of each of these EAD programs at the list below. For context, all of these EAD programs are by regulation, and not by statute - and they only started publishing this after Trump, which suggests they don't like them. DACA is (c)(33) on this list (and "C33" also appears on DACA EAD's in the Category field).

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...ligibility.pdf

In theory they could try to go nuclear and be like: none of these categories can actually work (regardless of ability to be here). If they are successful doing that, it could mean having deferred action but not being able to work - which is not super useful.

First time I went for humanitarian purpose (to see my grandfather) and had an eye surgery done on that trip. So second time I went for medical reason (follow-up). If I go a third time I would go for medical reasons also. Just have to provide evidence. Doctors letters work.

Trump could have had his wall built by now if he would have taken the deal. So now it's no wall, and we're doing fine.

"You get nothing! You lose! Good day sir!"
