I'd love to see Univision's style guide and business model. I imagine one of its core values is to "Sensationalize all news stories and maximize scaring the shit out of people; if no sensational element can be established, make one up."

The lawsuit, filed last month by Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina and West Virginia, seeks an injunction to allow states to "immediately rescind and cancel all DACA permits currently in existence because they are unlawful," the New York Times reported

Waste of time bitch ass lawsuit.

Scotus will decide fate. If you are trying to maximize renewal, just keep an eye out on when SCOTUS is going to rule on it.

Let's just hope this brings a sense of urgency for an agreement to be made on Tuesday, if not we're in for a very interesting budget showdown/shutdown in September if there's conflicting injunctions. As for the supreme court I think we all know where this is going with them, they will hand the nail in the coffin to DACA no questions about that, so no one should be hoping they will save us.

“If Hanen does grant an injunction in the Texas-led case, the DOJ lawyers wrote, "it should stay such order for 14 days so the United States can seek stays of all the DACA injunctions in the respective courts of appeals and the Supreme Court."

A hearing on the states' request for a preliminary injunction is currently set for July 17.”
This is from Buzzfeed article.

So, the injunction could be granted on this day, July 17th, and be given a stay of 14 days afterwards. So DACA lives for about another 2 months from today, Right??
