A daily reminder that Democrats as early as September 2017 gave Trump a GREAT TREMENDOUS bill for Trump that gave him his wall money in exchange for DA and Trump loved it. A few days laters, (and this was before the TPS fiasco) he came saying NO DEAL.

Yesterday, Republicans proved they do NOT care for us, not when they are a minority, OR a majority and have all the tools to do it. They cannot get themselves to agree. Where are the 32 Democrats who voted NO for their solution?

Yeah, why settle for a narrow deal when you can always take more from a group of people considered to be spineless morons?

But privately, CHC members said they don’t see how Democrats can negotiate a DACA deal effectively if the House and Senate leaders are operating on two different playing fields.

The session also gave caucus members the chance to unleash pent-up frustration over Schumer’s hasty retreat in the shutdown fight.

“Democrats, we’re good at fighting, and I think we’re also good at mending fences,” said Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.), one of the most outspoken members of the CHC, who blasted the Senate deal to end the shutdown last week. “That’s what we’re doing here — we’re trying to figure out a way forward.”

But some members openly questioned whether Democrats had a plan at all. Rep. Filemon Vela (D-Texas), a member of the CHC, didn’t attend the meeting but had harsh words for how Democrats are handling the immigration problem.

“There’s no question the Democratic strategy has been lost,” he said. “I think it’s one hot mess. But it’s not just a hot mess on the Democratic side, it’s a hot mess on the Republican side. And then it’s just a hot mess all the way around.”

Both sides are to blame.

OMG Liberals attacking liberals for being absolute BIATCHES.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...nt/1055559001/

WASHINGTON — Progressives hammered Senate Democrats on Monday for “caving” to the GOP with a deal to end the three-day government shutdown that does not immediately protect so-called “DREAMers,” immigrants who came to the U.S. illegally as children.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York came under withering criticism after announcing the compromise, which calls for continued negotiations on DREAMer legislation through Feb. 8 when new spending legislation to open the government expires. Schumer said he and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky agreed that if there’s no broader accord by that date, the Senate would then immediately take up DREAMer legislation.

man, imagine posting old news that we have already gone through. Thats how desperate you are in defending Republicans Smooth. Doesnt matter what you post anymore, we all know you are trying to somehow save the face all all these republicans. No matter what you old ass news you post, nothing will change the fact that yesterday, Republican themselves destroyed themselves.

Nope. I only defend the moderate ones who made an effort to rebel against the right wingers.

That's all you can say because there is no defending those spineless blue morons.

So what do Democrats have anything to do with Republicans unable to get anything done yesterday on a bill they themselves took charge of?

Come we will wait
