We will all have to see what the results of the midterm elections are then go from there unless the cheeto man actually does force a shutdown over his wall.

I hear what you are saying, but past precedents like gay marriage where the Circuit courts had conflicting opinions did not force SCOTUS to immediately make a ruling.

Actually Justice Kennedy was a very important swing vote (moderate).

So now the Court will be even more Conservative.

Dems better not fuck it up in 2020, cause if they lose, the Supreme Court will be supermajority right wing.

So say bye to abortion rights, limits on the President, and minority rights.

Time to get involved. The only hope is that DEMS manage to win the Senate narrowly this fall.

Why Kennedy? Why!!!?? Lol

Well, I hope the progressives aren't just talk either. Some moderate dems were talking shit about woman who beat crowley, accusing her of being a far left ideologue.

You heard it first here.
Those cowards won't do anything. They will just hand out money to some corporations (like Obamacare and the Stimulus Package) and then call it a day.

I can tell you that if all 49 Ds oppose Trump's nominee they're two votes away from blocking him or her.

That raises Qs: can McCain return? Will Collins or Murkoski vote to end Roe v. Wade? Etc.

Bernie and Trump are still better than Hillary.

i wouldve taken my chances with either of those two.

if we had HRC as president we would have a stagnant life forever.

I agree the Democrats are cowards and they don't fight, but I still blame the GOP more.
