I hear what you are saying, but past precedents like gay marriage where the Circuit courts had conflicting opinions did not force SCOTUS to immediately make a ruling.

Actually Justice Kennedy was a very important swing vote (moderate).

So now the Court will be even more Conservative.

Dems better not fuck it up in 2020, cause if they lose, the Supreme Court will be supermajority right wing.

So say bye to abortion rights, limits on the President, and minority rights.
