u wanna live free? dont join.
True but the parties ideologies shift. GOP is destined to become extinct.

Hopefully the blue wave in November at least secured a dem majority in the house and they have more leeway on spending budgets and legislation. I know a bill crafted by the Dems can pass that chamber with the support of at least 40-50 GOP as well. What will trump and the senate say to defend not voting and passing that bill?

i agree but we need progressive candidates like alexadria ocasio cortez to enact real change. dems need wins like they had in NY, and taking out the old guard.

pretty sure the House will flip to Democrat, history always says whoever in power is in the WH, their party will lose seats in the midterms.

But but but republicans are in power.
But but but, that's the reality. Elections have consequences. Right now the democrats and us have to bite the pillow until the next election and the next.

I don't see you having any answers.

Probably better than being punched in the gut through the years by Republicans.

Give credit where it's due. They did more than just showed support on twitter. They negotiated a fair bipartisan deal in good faith and they voted for it. The ones that didn't vote for it were the republicans. Republicans and Trump got too greedy with their 4 pillars. I respect that they shutdown the government for us. Honestly, if I was in their shoes I wouldn't have done it.

Democrats can just stand still and not do anything for us and I would support them. Why would anyone holding DACA support a group who doesnt stand still and actively tries to go after them?

And what will you and the guy who dreams of beans going to be doing? You can act too cool to be in this boat but you're still in it. The internet tough guy thing doesn't work in real life.
