A favorable ruling from SCOTUS will just mean that Trump has to adhere to administrative law to end DACA. Trump can still end the program in a "lawful manner." The cause of action related to DACA headed to SCOTUS is whether Trump violated administrative law in ending the program--not whether the program is protected from the executive branch or not. TRUMP CAN STILL END THE PROGRAM even with a DACA- favorable decision from SCOTUS.
