Just got off a call with a federal partner at work. He says their higher ups are preparing personnel for a shut down and furloughs lasting until after the 1st of the new year.

It doesn't get any better. Last I heard most senators were out of town already. Trump owns this shutdown. US vs his ego. Not sure if the country stands a chance.
