Did Trump ever refer to his 4 pillars as "comprehensive immigration reform"?

Edit: nevermind, in the video he says "big" and "real" immigration reform. He didn't use the word "comprehensive", which would've referred to CIR of 2013.

I know everyone wants something permanent right now. We are all tired of this crap, but we need to support anything that is not insidious and will get us through this administration. Once the Dems, the lesser of two evils, take over we can't rest on our laurels like we did before and gotta make a big push for something permanent.
