Scenario 3: This is what I believe is the most likely if election was held today. (FYI - CONGRESS = HOUSE +SENATE). This is also our safest bet. Even if they do nothing, we can count on DACA to be restored via EO and AP would come back. You all will need to AP and then get married lol. We are all getting old so time to cuff up. However, I do believe DA or Immigration Reform can pass in this situation. Democrats will the very least have to pass DA during their first two years otherwise they will lose credibility with the latino base. Also a pathway for DA is actually popular among the republican base. I don't see it being punted for more than 4 years. I can see DA clearing the senate with 60 votes easy.
