Since the judge ruled Wolf is illegal, can we deport him or lock him up? Any ICE cages open? We have someone to fill it at the DHS.

Maybe then he can understand some of what we feel.

Too many with TPS, DACA and essential workers without status have final orders and given orders of supervision because they were put through the court system, not because they have so much as a parking ticket. Pass it on to the various orgs, this is an economic and humanitarian disaster in this pandemic.

This cruel proposal to force ppl to self-deport is subject to the same ruling (Daca) by the fed judge that the acting secretary cannot change any edicts requirements because he doesn't legally hold office.

UPDATE in our #DACA Litigation: A federal court stated this morning that the Trump Administration is "not entitled to manufacture [their] own law” at a status conference in Batalla Vidal v. Wolf, the lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s attempts to gut DACA. 1/6

On Saturday, November 14, the court in Batalla Vidal granted Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment and certified WIRAC,
@NILC
, and
@MaketheRoadNY
as class counsel for over one million #DACA eligible individuals. 2/6

Plaintiffs will now file our request for relief on 11/24; Defendants will file a response by 12/01. #DACA 3/6

The court referred to the Trump administration’s numerous attacks on #DACA as “a sad and inappropriate use of alleged executive authority to deny DACA recipients and those who are eligible for DACA the ability to pursue their rights.” 4/6

The Trump administration has refused to implement a Supreme Court opinion from June that ordered them to restore DACA. It was made clear this morning that federal courts will not allow the government to continue delaying its obligation to follow the law. #HomeisHere 5/6

Unbelievable how this administration thinks they're above everything including the Supreme Court.

In Trump's mind, he owns the supreme court since he appointed 3 justices. He feels they are his and that they must side with him. If you listen to him speak about them, you would know I am right.

Indeed....Gorsuch actually voted for the big LGBT rights case along with Roberts juts few months back. And Kavanaugh just last week showed willingness to keep ACA alive and just getting rid of the individual mandate. These justices know their responsibility very well and the significance of voting based on the law and not personal opinions.
