Money for the wall was offered and Trump accepted.. Dems prematurely declared victory.... then Miller overrode Trump... That transformed into the 4 pillars BS we saw. That was not a little compromise but a complete overhaul of the immigration system.

Both sides wanted the fight over immigration and not the solution to the problem.

@camiloreports
Judge Hanen concluded in 2018 that the Obama administration should have implemented DACA through the rule-making process and allowed the public to weigh in on the policy before it was enacted.

The new Biden administration rule would be open to public comments.
So as I had predicted years ago, DACA was half assed and could've been struck down just like DAPA was through legal challenge for not giving public notice....

It was never meant to be a long term solution but something that would force Congress to act... we all know how well that went

I’m not really a hippie or anything, but how do you all manage emotionally? It takes so much energy to argue and bicker over things, and that’s pretty much what all these threads turn into to. I feel like if we all focused our energies on positive things, it would make a huge impact. Even if it was only on our personal development, we’d see tremendous strides in our careers, education, relationships, personal happiness, etc.

Avoid arguments like the plague. You’ll be happier. Support each other. You’ll fair better in life.
