I honest think the bipartisan bill is just republican delay tactics. They want to slow down democratic initiatives and waste time till midterms.

Of course she would and she wouldn't be alone. It's an infrastructure bill and clean energy is a giant concern for dems. Passing it w/o green energy and putting in pork like immigration would be a giant fail.

Literally one of the few reasons the reconciliation bill exists is for green energy provisions. There's a much bigger chance immigration gets ditched than green energy getting ditched.

Gotcha.

Im just thrown off by fact she would think bipartisan bill would pass to House. That shit is already dead in my mind.

In terms of reconciliation bill, higher chance immigration survives senate than climate provisions because of Manchin, who signaled support for immigration but concern for climate provisions.

It'll pass the House, that shit's DOA at the Senate as it was just a stall tactic by the GOP to claim "we gave them compromise".
