Infrastructure bills are needed more than ever before because all these floodings, passage is a must imo.

1.5 trillion + previously passed 1.6 trillion = 3.1 trillion. I think this is probably what the dems were aiming for from the beginning. Could maybe even go a bit more and get to 3.5 total but if Manchin is onboard with 1.5 dems mostly got what they wanted in terms of how much they want to spend.

Congress just let millions of Americans go out of unemployment, leaving them vulnerable for poverty. Lets not kid ourselves that once the Supreme Court rules against us that they will run to our rescue to save face. If they don't care about their voters, then they simply don't care about us either.

Immigration reform should not be an issue for Manchin since adding vetted immigrants to the tax revenue has been shown to add over 1 trillion dollars to the economy over the next decade. Adding the undocumented population will be a net positive to the budget.

Machin's approval rating is starting to drop. However, and unfortunately, I don't think he gives a shit unless they take a poll of anyone who pays the troll for all of this stupidity. As long as that money flows in, he'll keep this bullshit up to keep his name in the news.
