If a gun bill law did not pass, what are the odds of this bill not passing?

Who knows! We can only hope they agreed to kill gun control and let CIR move forward.

Looking at this more closely (after a good nap), the Dream Act portion of the bill has set requirements to qualify as a "Dreamer", however look at the sections more closely and you will see that the famous (C) DACA Recipients paragraph is directly under section 2. Applying for Lawful Permanent Residency. I believe (and I might be wrong) that if you're a DACA Recipient, your information is enough to qualify you for LPR after the 5 year period, to the point that the Secretary "MAY" just have to require a simple application for review into LPR without further required evidence (unless if you committed a serious crime, ect.). This also becomes really confusing, as the "MAY ADOPT STREAMLINED PROCEDURES' can be translated into so many outcomes, ranging from immediate LPR status (due to the paragraph placement), or to wait a 5 year period and submit more evidence .

Does anyone know if the bill says anything about RPIs adjusting their status if they find other means of adjusting, i.e. their spouse or child being citizens and sponsoring them? Do they still have to wait the ten years or can they adjust faster through their spouse or child?
