yes he can. he can even say he has a visa and even say how he entered as long as his criminal record is good and he meets the requirements.

Hi guys, i have a question about the Bio appointment.

Do you think I will be able to use any of the following documents to do my bio appointment?

Expired Passport from my home country (it has my picture from when I was 12 years old, I am now 29 ). I can get it renewed at the consulate here but they told me that they just put a stamp on it but the picture wont be updated until I travel back home and process the renewal there.

I also have an Expired (2 years ogo) driver's license from my state.

Would any of these work or do they have to be current (unexpired) documents??

Okay almost ready to send mine

1. The Mailing Address on the application can be really any address right?
2. For sending it, which address to use the normal or the USPS Express one?

Thanks

Well idk about ANY address. That's where they'll be sending you your receipts, bio appointments, ead etc. So definitely put an address you can receive mail at.

And for sending, it depends on what kinda mail you're gonna send it in. If you do normal mail, use the normal address. If you're sending it vie USPS Express, then use the address specified for just that.
