Spoke to a Tier 1, and here's how it went down:
  • He created a service request specifically for my I-821D, because I already expired
  • He told me I should get a response within 30 days on the service request
  • I asked to get a service request for my I-765, and he reminded me that I already got one, and that a response was made
  • For the I-765 SR, I was told to wait 60 days until I can contact them again...
  • My I-765 is "in line to be reviewed by an officer", as though it wasn't ever reviewed in the first place?
  • Transferred to Tier 2, waiting for a call back

It really worries me that I can't get an answer as to whether my case has been looked at by a person at all. It has been more than 60 days since I did my bios, and nobody has looked at my paperwork since the day the scheduled my appointment? It's ridiculous!

Fuck it all, guys. We're all Icarus, and DACA was our wings. We flew too close to the sun, and we're all getting burned one by one.

Submitted several service requests, called USCIS several times (tier 1's), submitted messages on USCIS site, emailed NSCFollowup and SCOPSSCATA, got case flagged by NILC.
Also I asked Shiu-Ming if she was able to re-flag my case this week but she hasn't responded back to me Did anyone else get confirmation of their case being re-flagged?
They are supposed to flag the cases today. Maybe we will hear from them at the end of the day?

On Monday, it'll be 120 days since I completed my bios; having sent my applications 150 days ago. I'm not really sure officers over the phone are that informed as to what's going on. We've expired already.

Agreed. This whole thing is epic BS! I understand they had technical issues, but instead of focusing every resource they have to resolve it, they are just working on cases out of order to cook the books - show up pretty stats like averages.
Doesn't serve anyone..No reason to get approved 3 months early and lose the time, but obviously has dire impact for us folks who followed all the guidelines and stuck in this desperate position losing jobs with no firm timelines.

To boot, my attorney wanted to file closer to 120 days as that's plenty of time and I pushed them to do it so that on the 150th day, USCIS will have my received my file. SMH.

Mine has already been flagged twice, and is going to be flagged again this week. I've been communicating with Josh Stehlik, and he said that about half of the cases they've flagged have been approved shortly after... I guess some of us just fall into that remaining 50%...

Some Tier 1 may deny transferring but if that's the case, I would just hang up and call again to get a different Tier 1 who is willing to transfer you.
no luck.

Stagger your calls. I had slightly better luck with calling early @8 est or after lunch.
Also, not all Tier 2s are the same. Some seem to have more info/access re: biometrics, and how close to actual review your file is. I get thru to Tier2 line and get a call back after hours but they repeat same BS or at best, file a SR.

Oh is that so? -___- Are they also 'cooking the books', giving us inflated numbers just to make us feel better?

I wish they would be more transparent about their flagging process, because I want to know what they actually do with our receipt numbers and how USCIS responds.
