California Dream Act Makes Way To Governor's Desk - Page 5

At least in California you're able to pay in-state tuition. Most of us aren't even that lucky.

I live in California and went to a community college to do my general education. I could not transfer because I didnt have the money.

If this passes it is something but it really is nothing at the end of the day. I'm still trapped.

So what happened to the Cali version of the dream act ?
