This is still not 100% automatic thought right? DHS views each case differently.

I have a person on ICE hold. When will this go into effect and how do I get him out of there fast? He's been here 7 years, nothing more than a couple of speeding tickets and we'll get married as soon as he's out. What can I do to get him out of there?
