Are you asking me if I think the DREAM Act will be part of CIR?
If that is your question, then yes, I think it will be absolutely part of it.
When you look at past immigration bills debate in the Senate, the DREAM Act was the LEAST controversial part. The DREAM Act in the CIR bills of the past was VERY generous to us.
Let's hope we get the front of the line treatment we deserve in ANY immigration overhaul.
