We(NYSYLC) mailed out like 1,000 petitions collected in over a two week period. We sent it out through regular snail mail and I called to follow up if the offices had received it.

Turns out that congress has a two week backlog because of security reasons!!!!!!!!!


So its better to just drop by and leave stuff at the offices although you might encounter security trying to stop you!!!
