In the process of putting down an offer.

Interest rates are 4.5% at the moment.

BBT didn't care about anything except that I had a SSN and a valid ID. I mean obviously a good, reliable income. This was even before I got my DACA so I'm sure there are other banks who are willing to take the risk, especially with someone who can actually legally work. You just need to shop around. You should definitely go for it.

Hi All,

I work in the mortgage/housing industry. As many of you know, it's difficult to qualify through traditional lenders as a undocumented borrower.

However, there are programs available if you have the money to put down. I work for a lender that offer foreign national programs. If anyone needs any help or advice, please DM , I would be happy to help

Thank you all for helping us share and spread the word. Even after the election, we are still able to help families with DACA buy a home.

No need for "foreign national" financing. No need for large down payments.
