Can someone provide a sample cover letter? I have a few ideas but I was told I need one that is compact, concise and professional looking. Also for the employment worksheet how detailed do you need to be in listing the reasons why you need to work? I would think that is a given since that's the reason you're applying in the first place but you never know.

Why do we need new forms? The I-82id on the official website expires 6/30/16 I think it can be used along with the other forms. As long as it's not expired on the top right it should be fine.

According to USCIS,
"You must file the most recent version of Form I-821D from our website. USCIS will reject older versions of the form if you submit them."

And if you look at page 2 of the I-821D, it ask you if you residing in the country since June 15, 2007 continously. It should be asking "since January 1,2010"

That's for the original DACA. The extended DACA won't be here till the 18th. Just chill until then and don't send anything until you get the new forms unless you want to delay your application.

It's very likely they won't change the forms at all because it's still the same information you're giving them. Think about it, expanded DACA is just removing the age cap and pushing the entry date to Jan 2010. What things have to be changed?

The forms are legal documents and have to reflect the changes. When you sign them, you are attesting to the forms' terms; if the app reads "present in 2007" and you qualify because you became present after that date, then obviously that's inaccurate.

The forms need to be updated.
