States could launch a lawsuit against DACA and Justice Dept/Sessions don't show up to defend DACA.
But which state would be so nasty against DACA?
Judiciary is no big fan of Trump, remember that. Judges could throw that lawsuit like a piece of trash it is.

Then again who knows - if you guys are all of a sudden wearing "Make America Great Again" hats, then maybe congress won't change at all after 2018 or even get worse. |
