The fact that is being pushed till Tuesday is good news. Trump is known to not back down, maybe he will let the courts decide it's fate.

What can he possibly do though. So far all the choices are just ending it in different ways. If he doesn't we get the lawsuit. Only think that's completely positive is if he decides to assign someone to defend it in court.

It reflects really poorly in the WH that Trump said "today or over the weekend" just earlier today and then she says "on Tuesday"...Tuesday is not the weekend at all... Monday I can consider the weekend since its a holiday...but not Tuesday.

Someone else can defend it. All he has to do is not cancel it and make congress act on legislation.
