- they have to deal with CSR (Cost Sharing Reductions) that Trump eliminated from the ACA
- resolve the differences to National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 which they can also attach the DREAM Act to.
- raise the debt ceiling
- extend government funding

The CSR payments in particular is a MAJOR ticking time bomb. I can't believe they ended those payments (supposedly). Premiums are going to skyrocket. Trump is out of his fucking mind. Insurance companies and commissioners who assumed that CSR payments will be ended and filed 2 different rates, one assuming CSR payments will continue and one that they will not continue, are VERY VERY smart.
