Anyone know the current timelines for NSC and SRC?

NSC appears to be around 190 days wait time. Not sure about SRC.

Just got my I-130 interview notice. It says “Queens field office, 26 Federal Plaza”. I spoken to a few different lawyers who are telling me that I will be fine as long as I have DACA. The final order still has me nervous.. I haven’t filed a motion to reopen yet. I’m not sure if it would benefit me without an approved I-130

Hey Demise,

Any updates.. your case is very similar to mine so I'm very interested as to any the outcome. I should really just go for it and start the process as well but ugggh don't even know where to start. Are you doing this through an attorney?

Start the process as soon as you can. There’s a lot of hurdles to get past if you have a final order. I wouldn’t try to do it myself (filing the I-130 is pretty straight forward, but you’ll definitely need an attorney for your interview and the motions after.)
