22nd is fine, we dont want anything half-assed put together in like 24-48 hrs.

they can come up with a grand bargain deal in two weeks to cover all domestic priorities.

If you want something permanent you’ll wait until the 22nd. If you want to give up easily and get something temporary then you’ll get the BRIDGE act tomorrow. Good deals take time. Let’s be patient here.

Dream Act is already written. It just needs a vote. Bigger concern might be other stuff in the omnibus.

Still, considering this congress and them halfassing everything I expect that giving them a 2 week extension will just end up with them doing fuck all for 2 weeks and scrambling on the 11th hour to pass something.
