Almost 100% no, but if it does, you can bet USCIS will change the regulation that treats AP entry as entry with inspection.

Grassley and co. have been hounding at AP since 2014 because of the legal inspection part.

So were are the Trump supporters ? He tried to save daca by trying to expedite SC to see his appeals ( to overruled the 9th Court decision to LET DACA go on)

This man clearly isn't right on the head

USCIS encourages renewal requestors to file as early in the 150-day period as possible - ideally, at least 120 days prior to the DACA expiration date.

This worries me because many of us sent renewals in way early. But time will tell....

I sent mine a year earlier, the point made was the judge ruled to reinstate the program "As is" and in their previous guidelines it said you can still renew early but you may lose time and they don't recommend it, I'll let you know how it goes, they already accepted mine and they set a bio appointment.

If Trump gets elected without building a wall, expect him to really end daca and unleash ICE on our ass at full force.

If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or your most recent DACA grant was previously terminated, you cannot request DACA as a renewal (because renewal requests typically must be submitted within one year of the expiration date of your last period of deferred action approved under DACA), but you may nonetheless file a new initial DACA request in accordance with the Form I-821D and Form I-765 instructions

I have no idea how my case is going to go.

USCIS is not accepting requests from individuals who have never before been granted deferred action under DACA.

It’s been said like a thousand times. We should all add it to our signatures.

Can't deport 11 mil. He would bankrupt America like he did with all his ventures.
