Lol, she's hawt and she's mine, so back off!!!

Back on a serious note: Reading and responding to all of these comments, I'm starting to realize that some people seem to be missing out on the legalization aspect of Dream. I see a lot of jumping from illegal immigrant to college, with no stops in between. Some make the argument that why let them go to college if they can't legally work after they graduate etc??? It's like the idea of Dream Act = giving undocumented students unfettered access to higher education and financial aid on the taxpayer's dime is snowballing. And yes, it has been pointed out to me, and I am aware, that a lot of these comments are by a few people notably from ALIPAC. But that doesn't mean other people or the general public are not thinking the same way they are. That is a very dangerous assumption that we do not need to make.

So anyhoo, we need to try to place emphasis on Dream --> legal status --> access to higher education if qualified, or the military, or both I guess --> access to jobs and opportunities to become a productive, tax paying member of society lol.

He's just hilarious

And at some point you have to draw the line -- we all have much better things to do with our time

ROFL...

These Alicrappers try to personally attack you and take the focus away from the issues at hand. Just ignore them and post some good points in favor of DREAM/undocumented students. I can see Mr. Ted has already done that, trying to bring the debate back to the fact that the U.S. needs skilled workers.

hurry back, miss you on chat!

and that is funny; may inspire another 'piece' from me.
