laws can be changed in another congress; I don't see why this 6 year extension couldn't be re-written down the line with a more favorable congress.

Goodlatte bill It's extreme right carrot stick for Dreamers that will never get the votes.

The extreme right is using the Goodlatte bill as a vehicle for the Farm bill. That is what they want. The discharge motion or whatever is talked auto matically would allow floor time for the bill with the most votes. Curbelo filed it for actual relief; on behalf of his own bill and others which offer permanent residency.
