DOJ will argue that DACA was an executive overreach by a lawless POTUS, who sidestepped the Congress and created his own immigration laws. admin can deferred the deportation but cant give legalization to undocumented in terms of EAD/AP. I read this opinion of some conservative SCOTUS about eDaCA/DAPA, same argument will be used against DACA. they are doing same thing with h4 visa holders by revoking their EADs.
AJ Session is the master planner of all these messed ups. Trump has no knowledge of nitty-gritty of the laws. Session and Miller are driving this show and we are royally screwed if compromise bill is gutted.
