My suggestion to you is to do AP. Officers are misinterpreting the law and if you’re unlucky you’ll end up with an officer who requires you to do a waiver. Without AP you’re stuck doing a waiver outside of the US.

I think it was removed. So anyone who use AP before a certain year are clear but after that year. They’re not

It was removed for TPS holders. The law on the other groups that can get AP (DACA, DED, CNMILTR) is kinda murky. We really need a test case, someone who was previously an EWI do AP, and see if they can AOS.
