SCOTUS never decided if DACA was legal or not, it was if the Trump administration did a proper review before trying to end it. DACA now is being challenged on it's legality, not a procedural misstep.

There aren't a lot of safety nets left, let's see if Congress will act.

Well on the bright side Garland overturned Matter of Castro-Tum today if any of you need an admin closure.
Matter of S-O-G & F-D-B-, the one that made getting a termination of removal proceedings next to impossible is still up, but it won't be for long, once it's gone I'm filing a motion to terminate and then filing for AOS with USCIS.
