Your passport has an address on it?lol maybe I should check mine again.

Yes but my RFE had nothing to do with it.

i don't think you should worry.... you lived there when you got your passport and even if you didn't if it's still current it shouldn't matter.... people move all the time... as long as you put down both addresses on the form you should be fine...

Well the thing is that I don't live there anymore but since I took my matricula (which expires next June) they just got the date from my matricula and passed it over! I guess I'm just worried because look at my timeline and nothing yet!

The fact is, if you are doing this on your own you may not necessarily see these type of things as fraud indicators if you don't have a lawyer. People who moved around are more at risk for this type of stuff. Thank God I've been at the same address since 2007.
I think she could smooth the case out herself too. But she does have to be very careful to make sure she covers all her bases. What I would do is type up a letter (make sure it's intelligent and not confusing) explaining that you filed your 2007 taxes in 2011, but you should also send evidence for 2007. In the letter you should also explain that the reason your taxes show the CA address even though in 2007 you were in GA is because the filing of the taxes was done in 2011 (which I assume you were back in CA). I would throw in an apology for this whole confusion.

I had A LOT of addresses for my application. I moved around a lot! It just came with the territory of being undocumented. I checked everything a lot though. I made sure my timeline for the addresses correlated with all the evidence I had. Specially my strongest evidence which were my bank statements. Just take everything slow and make sure you cover all of your bases. Once you have it all really ask yourself "if I was processing this evidence would I approve it?" Have the smartest person you know look it over if you are still not comfortable. If, however, you do have enough money for an attorney I would say to try that if you think you'll need the help.

I went to my bio appt today and I really, really hope I don't get an RFE. Good luck to you OP.

But still the Cali center is the one with the most approvals so far isn't it?

Question: Does it say how long you have to submit your evidence?
