It doesn't have to be June 15th exactly right?

Can it be like a week before and after ? or even 2 days before June 15th?

No, it doesn't have to be exact. It can be before June 15th and after June 15th.

Why does it matter if it has nothing to do with proving when they entered? Most have been related to presence on a certain time period.

This is an awesome idea. I'm 100% sure any store will cooperate with USCIS they do it all the time with the police dept

We should probably keep track of what things are getting RFE'd to help out the other applicants. Hmmm, I'll start another thread.

I ask asking THEM 2 because they were the only overstay visa who got RFE'd.. So I was wondering what couldve triggered it since they can't leave without inspection.. UNLESS they cross the border or something.. Just a thought..

But we'll just have to wait till HarikaTuzun gets her RFE letter in mail to be completely sure of what their process is..

Question. How do you know the I-444 belongs specifically to you? That is, is there a stamp of your passport number on the i-444 or something?

The reason I ask is because like you, my family and I came with a VISA in 96 (Before I-94) but we only have two i-444's. My mom thinks that that is because they were only given to adults and not children (I was 6 years old) ..now thats just one thing.

My passport on the other hand was NOT stamped the last time I came in before we decided to stay (it's stamped from previous entries but not the last) neither is one of my brother's. Only my youngest brother's passport is stamped (his first time coming in). The only proof I have that I came in with a visa is probably the VISA itself. Thats it. Or my parent's i-444 (?)

But I degres, how do you know the i-444 belongs specifically to you?
