I spoke to them today and they informed me although, they don't see the tracking #, my card was shipped( I see that on Elis as well). And to keep checking my mail for the card.

Can someone post link to this please, I can't find it.

I'd probably try again, to be honest. My shipping number showed the package was picked up at 1:50pm, less than an hour ago (Eastern time), so your number may not have been issued yet.

I'll check my mail today. if I don't see anything then i'll assume it was sent within the batch that yours got sent. so that means will get it by Wednesday.

I'm still waiting for my renewal approval.

I have sent two inquiries to USCIS through ELIS, but they have not responded. It's been nearly two weeks now.

For those that have received responses, what did you ask and how long did it take them to reply to you?

What does your elis and/or case tracker say now? Sad but once the baton is off to Usps in this relay, I guess it feels a bit better.

Did you Elis account say it was mail or was it still in processing for ead

When you look up your tracking # does it say when is the expected delivery?
