ELIS still says my card was "produced and shipped," but it's been saying that since Sept. 13, which is clearly not true. I'm not saying ELIS is off in everyone's case, but it was definitely off in mine.

No, it didn't show the expected delivery date. It only showed that it was picked up today.

So I just got off the phone with USCIS and they filed another SR for me. The service request ends in VSC instead of NSC. Has anyone experienced this happening before? Does that mean they transferred my case over there?

I tried getting my tracking number as well. The tier 1 rep who couldn't transfer to a tier 2 rep said they're experiencing "technical difficulties."

Although, I checked my brother's tracking number for his EAD and it was delivered one day after his shipped. That of course depends on when your mail gets delivered.
Picked up in Kansas City, MO around 2 pm
Delivered in CA next day around 4 pm.

I also had my bios done on 7/19. I expire next Monday!! It should be soon!!

Gggrrrr Can't get into the ELIS website right now... Anybody have the URL with the "elis2" on it? That's the only URL that works for me when I'm not at home.

I'm so worried now, after my bios last week, radio silence.

Spoke to tier 2 and they said my ead card was initated in production as of sept 12th with no updates as to tracking number or if its done production. She told me that i should wait a week but it could be that its mailed but the updates havent been put in the system -__- sigh

did anyone else get this message when checking the status on the uscis web site?

After what came out in the news I think USCIS's computer system is going to crash and we are going under with them.

They need to do something good and quick to try to save themselves after this whole embarrassment. Not a good year at all at USCIS. The anxiety there must be through the roof.

In addition to that, now I'm worried that they're looking at DACA as a 'strain' of their resources if you know what I mean...

Anyway, I just filled out the Ombudsman's form and submitted it. Now to try to elevate my case.
