It is interesting to note that the last EADs were produced in Kentucky but this one is coming from Missouri. It might be a new EAD production facility or maybe they're servicing overflow

Guys, yesterday, as per your advisement, I contacted the NILC to flag my case. They replied this morning saying they will flag it, but said it might take up to a day or two.

I checked my status an hour after receiving that email and I GOT APPROVED!!!
I'm not quite sure if it made a difference but I AM SO HAPPY.

I was one of the people who waited for 5 months to get my biometrics appointment but let me tell you all... DO NOT LOSE HOPE.

This forum helped me stay calm because it felt like such a great community.
Thank you all for everything. Praying for all of the other people who are still waiting, you will hear back soon!

My timeline:
Case Filed: 4/20
Status Expired 9/10
Biometrics: 9/8 (Walk In)
Approval:9/20

Did: 4+ service requests, expedite request, ombudsman's request, NILC flagging.

Now- how long does it take for the USCIS to mail proof of the acceptance form/and EAD card?
Were you guys about to view the form online before receiving it in the mail? I don't see mine yet.

Here's my timeline in case it helps anyone.

Case received: 6/06/16
Biometrics notice: 8/27/16
Biometrics done: 9/2/16
Approved: 9/13/16

I was approved on 9/13/16 and received my approval notice for the I-821D yesterday. EAD went into production on 9/15/16, not sure when it will arrive.

Any folks with 8/17 expiration dates still waiting to be approved? I am waiting still.

For those of you getting approved, I'm still not clear, can you see a letter on ELIS saying your EAD is getting produced or do you only see an status change?

I think if we get a letter that can be printed out that permits are in approved and being produced, I should be okay, but if not, I might have an issue at my new job.

I have the same timeline as you after biometrics. Did your EAD status went back to in "in process" on ELIS from approved? This change was after my case tracker indicated that EAD is in production.

When did you expire?

The status for my I-765D never changed, it is still showing as "In Process"

The case status says that my EAD has been produced though.

I got approved for both DACA and EAD on the same day but there is no approval notice for EAD, only for DACA. My status for EAD on ELIS has reverted back to "in process" after the regular receipt status change indicated that my EAD went into production.
