All these legal jargon is a bit confusing for me >.<. But by the title of the topic it seems I might benefit. Quick re-cap on my case, my dad petitioned an I-130 for me as a beneficiary back in 2007, when I was 20. I quickly aged out. My dad has now been a USC since December 2010. Can the decisoin made by the court benefit me!?! Thanks!
