That is incorrect.

A conditional green card will still permit travel (as in the DREAM Act), as will RPI status ( see page 5 of AILA Outline ).

Huzzah! Hope military does open up for us. This would also mean Instate Tuition for state like North Carolina that are anal over Legally Present and Lawfully Present

Yeah, but really conditional green card for dreamers? I mean many of us have lived practically our whole lives here.

I know they give the conditional green cards for people who marry US citizens to see if the marriage will last 2 years until that person can file for citizenship.

RPI status... that will not have a green card correct?

Its conditional because there will be something we need to do before getting a green card, say if you don't have 2 years towards a bachelors, then you have to either get that or get 2 years in the military, then once these have been fulfilled, we are eligible for a green card with out conditional on it.

At least is what its starting to seem like


but we don't know exactly what Dreamers will get, it will be interesting

They will be given a work authorization card that I am assuming will also grant re-entry after international travel as long as it is not expired.
