I could've married someone. Adjusted my status and be the LPR child they need or better yet be a citizen and petition for them. I'm 28 years old I should've had my shit together by now.

You did what you thought was the right thing to do at the moment. There is nothing wrong with that. If you didnt married someone, you didnt marry someone because you thought not marrying someone was the right thing to do and do something else. It happens

Dude, don't go down that road as it is irrational. You did the best you could. I'm 33 and I still don't have my shit together. This being undocumented prevents you from having your shit together. You did the best you could with what you had.

Same situation different age. I've had multiple opportunities to get married, but decided not to. It sucks but we can't punish ourselves for something like that. Nothing has changed. We were all undocumented before the announcement and we still are today. The only reason we feel this way is because we had high expectations.

Yeah I got my hopes up. I expected too much. For a second I thought I could finally stop worrying about my parents every day they leave for work. But as my siblings have told me. It could be worse. We could be a in a worse position.

Yup, at the very least your parents have you and your siblings to fight for them.

I'm sad for my parents, they've lost all hope. It's hard not too, considering how long they've been here not being able to see any family.

Don't go down an insatiable path. I'm 30 years old now and I got 14 years and counting, without being able to adjust or get any kind of relief (not even DACA), and likely i won't be able to ever adjust my status at all with the way things look.

Life goes on.
