Even if we were to be successful this round what happens after Obama leaves office and a Republican is president? The whole thing might be scrapped. Without true status immigrants are just pawns to wealthy politicians being used to further their agenda. I'm sick of being treated like a bouncing ball. I'm a real person with real feelings with real hopes and a real life. We all are.

The reasoning behind the DACA Expansion and DAPA was to help ensure that the Original DACA will stay put. History has proven that The more people who apply for something like this the harder and more heartless it would be to reverse it. The more undocumented people this affects the more News Coverage and Outrage from the Latino /Immigrant community.

There is Power in numbers, Conservatives knows attacking the executive Order Once in place could be political suicide for the republican party as far as getting the latino vote, So their strategy is to stop the DACA and DAPA expansion dead in its track and not let it roll out. Affordable Care Act is a perfect example, They have tried numerous times to destroy it but with millions of people already signed up it's just not happening right now.

yeah apparently its only for the 2014 Daca extension and DAPA. Doubt they would target the original DACA since there was actually quite a few republicans that voted agaisnt removing DACA during their budget deal they wanted to pass for the DHS.

For anyone who wonders why the judge is not an activist judge or a concerned citizen, here is his opinion:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_6...dTTndGazQ/edit

I'm too old to read it and whether it will affect the extra year granted for DACA. Again, it does not mean current DACA is in danger or any dreamer will be deported or something weird. At this point, this is more gathering information than having an opinion.

In general what is worrisome is not the state of things. There was an article in NPR that was so far the best. Apparently the states are not debating whether the president is within the limits of his power or not but rather that this is happening too soon for them to prepare. In other words, they can't get their shit together. I want to be a lady but sometimes it gets in the way.
Two things that are not important but anyways. First, in general, their language is concerning. Even if they do not address you in particular, can you really say they are not talking about you? Second, remember that the Republican party is the party of no. They are still fighting Obamacare after all these centuries and they threw an even bigger tantrum. If the Dems win the house and the congress and pass CIR, they WILL continue to try to reverse it by suing and legislating their way into nothing. The children of the robots that were created to replace undocumented workers and ultimately destroyed humanity will be the ones to write legislation to appeal DACA postmortem.
