I just googled some stuff. Tip of iceberg:
http://fortune.com/2016/06/07/donald...racism-quotes/

http://www.vox.com/2016/7/25/1227088...racism-history

In addition, just recently, he touted (on television/radio) that he would "completely and utterly destroy ISIS within 100 days of his presidency." When asked how, he replies it's a secret plan..."you don't just go around telling your enemies your plans" Lol.

I am just perplexed as to how so many people love him; the only conclusion I reach is that they're just as ignorant/racist/backwards as he is...(surveys have indeed shown that a clear majority of his supporters are uneducated whites). People of color who support him are clearly way more ignorant than his white supporters.

And I agree with eva02 100%.

Even if trump does hold some secret approval for illegals, he has put us up as scapegoats and the bad guys and even if he wanted to backtrack, he can't. He is set in stone as far as CIR for illegals.

I would vote republican if I could, but not for any of these morons in the republican party as none of them, down to the smallest moron to the biggest one, have any positive CIR for illegals. They all want us out and gone. Don't fall for their lies and the flip flopping, they know their voterbase is ignorant and racist, and that's who they are going to pander to.

I can't wait for the republican party to implode this november. Trump has set in stone that they are SUNK. The republican party has tried to toe the lie of being pro illegals and anti illegals and tried to strike a middle path, until trump came and put them in the far right ignorant/racist/nationalist corner. Now they are set to lose again, and will loose in the future.

Make no mistake, even though the future short term looks bleak and uncertain, the future long term is bright and shiny. Mexicans and their lik are coming out in force, getting citizenship, voting, spreading the word. The country is becoming more hispanic, and now the hispanic voter is a force to recognize. At this point the black vote could be ignored, since hispanics now outnumber blacks. If the republican party wants to survive and not be tossed by the wayside, they better start pandering and appeasing the hispanics. Having trump as their spokesperson makes them unattractive to hispanics, and makes hispanics run the other way.

He definitely doesn't deserve to win. That's for sure. There is no denying he's been an absolute a**hole to minorities and immigrants in particular. I'm sure you weren't talking about me but I just wanted to make it clear I don't "love him" at all. That's the issue I've been facing here. Just because I raised the issue about my theory, people on here have been going crazy calling me a "republican supporter."

He tried to backtrack and do a 180 once trump gave the speech and directly called his illegal self as someone to remove.

Already disliked Trump before. His attitude alone was enough. The speech he gave when he announced his run for presidency turned my dislike -> hate.

I thought (along with so many others) that this guy would be flushed out in primaries pretty easily. Who can take him seriously? That first speech alone would've been enough to doom any other candidate.

But surprisingly, he surged in popularity. Ignorance is seen as a virtue by these people.

Ignorance is a modern american virtue. Along with political apathy. At least among certain racist groups.
