Nope. This is DreamAct's chance. DACA was a stop gap measure until DA could be voted on. This is it.

This Dream Act bill will pass 100%. There might be amendments but for sure it is going to pass. Incredible attempt from Durbin and Graham from down town!! Coming from the original dude who predicted Trump would not end DACA. Don't mess with ya boy fresh AF! Rubio can suck it if he opposes this !

They need to attach this to border security, wall, kate's law or something.

Any stand alone bill from Dems or Reps won't ever get 60 votes in the senate. There needs to be consensus

Why do you believe this? I agree, but I want to know your reasoning...

I have my doubts about the Dream Act.
I really hope it does pass.

How will that effect me with my 10 year old DUI? who knows.
I have DACA with my DUI.

Various reasons brosef:

- Since Trump won, "Dreamers" hav become so popular that we have garnered sympathy amongst even his supporters. We are the elite group of undocumented.
- Overall, there is incredible support for dreamers in Congress (besides LOSERS like Marco Rubio, it seems like we can get the 60 votes).
- I just do not see Trump vetoing this bill if it passes. I will be very surprised if he does.

Bottom line, IF the Dream organizations like UWD and Democrats work with and reach out to Trump and Repubs, this should pass but it's entirely on them I'm telling you. Schumer and Durbin must understand this!

I hope the Dems don't listen to much to UWD. We need a compromise right now.
