Which is why I'm a supporter of comprehensive immigration reform and would never support the DREAM Act. But I do believe that Bannon's departure is a good thing. He was a very polarizing figure and needed to go. Let's see what transpires.

You think CIR has a chance opposed to a stand alone Dreamer bill passes through a compromise? Most people think an amnesty for everyone is not possible not disagreeing with its intentions though.

People thought Bannon was for DACA. Have you seen all the recent Breitbart articles thrashing DACA? I just read one today and it claims that Obama gave DACA to felons and that people receiving it weren't screened carefully. And that if Trump bargains for Dreamer protection on immigration, gang members will be given legal status. Such BS.
