If Paxton sues it would look terrible on him. All that time and effort spent on the lawsuit when your state was just hit by a category 3 storm would not be a good look for him.

If DACA does get killed by a judge which I doubt it will happen, then it will be none other than a political decision. DACA has been sued before and the lawsuits we're thrown out because they had no merit. My prediction is that Trump will end it for new arrivals while letting us renew OR let the lawsuit go through and the judge throws it out.

that won't change anything. the program is still unconstitutional to paxton and he will fight to get rid of it if trump allows any continuity

Trump is the most arrogant President we have ever seen. He cares for no one but himself, he has no empathy for us. He is a narcissistic individual that will not care about US or any another person . He has lied time and time again.
He is always talking about fake news but yet in still he can't keep himself out of the spotlight. The worst President in all of history. I am so sorry McCain is dealing with an illness, because he is not afraid to say how he reallt feels.
