It's bullshit..we're not going to allow some eugenics POS legislation just because they don't like brown people.

There are DACAers and illegal immigrants who are not brown and even then not all Hispanics are "brown".

It's true most companies have E-verify but most small business don't. E-verify hurts small businesses who employ undocumented immigrants and hurts the undocumented immigrant population working those jobs. Essentially, it's a way to starve the undocumented immigrants until they self deport and heavy penalties against the businesses that employ them.
