15 years for citizenship is too much, this bill needs to be negotiated. Reduce GC condition from 5 years to 3 and make it 7 years wait for citizenship. I'm ok with not being able to sponsor anyone until becoming citizens.


Enough said!!!!. Pass it ASAP.

What exactly makes this a bad deal? It's a win win for both sides. The fact that republicans are offering eventual citizenship is a miracle.

The Dream Act is 13 years for USC, this one is 15 years. 2 year difference, what are you complaining about?
