It's dog whistle for RAISE Act or similar atrocity. Suddenly "waiting in line" stops being a virtue of the good immigrants if they can get rid of them completely. Noticed how that point is suddenly absent from any debates, any anti-immigrant asshole would claim that "people are waiting years in lines to get here legally", I guess the magical lines stop being important when we have hardship waivers and can stand in them now (well assuming you do have legal parents) and they can just nuke the whole line anyways.
